I am the First and the Last. I am the True and the Faithful. There is no falsehood in Me.
They pretend to worship Me in the flesh and in lies. It’s impossible to worship the Father from falsehood, from deceit. Don’t fool yourselves. You can deceive yourselves, but you can’t deceive God.
Many who claim to worship Me don’t worship Me at all. They worship their flesh; they are lovers of their own pleasures. They live under the illusion of righteousness, but they are like whitewashed tombs: beautiful on the outside, but inside they are filled with every abomination.
There are prisoners of their own carnality who speak of spiritual things they’ve never seen or tasted. My name is on their lips, but their hearts are far from Me. They don’t know Me as I Am, yet they claim to know Me based on their own ideas.
They say they worship Me, but they hate Me. They speak of truth, but they lie. It would be better for them not to claim to love Me while they live in their wickedness. Truly, their own words stand as witnesses against their souls.
The false ones say, “Glory to God!” but seek their own glory. They proclaim, “We give thanks to our Lord!” but only want thanks for themselves, so they can exalt themselves. They keep their hands in their pockets to enrich themselves at the expense of My sheep. While My sheep grow thin, they grow fat; and while the widow’s house is taken away, they expand their tents.
Woe to those who close their doors to My wounded lambs! Woe to those who lay burdens on their bruised shoulders! I will repay! says the Almighty. Whoever sows to the flesh will reap death; but life and honor to the one who sows by My Spirit.
You must turn away from lies and carnality. The Spirit sanctifies the flesh, but the flesh cannot sanctify the spirit.
Return to Me with sincerity and a broken spirit, says God. Worship Me in truth. I do not accept tainted sacrifices! says God. Worship Me in spirit and in truth. My Spirit moves throughout the earth, seeking those who pursue Me with a sincere heart.
